本周三联邦参议院通过了带有政府修正条款的移民修正案2016，同日法案也在下院通过，为推出移民社区多年来所要求的签证铺平了道路。

昆州州担保改变

昆州移民局(Business and Skilled Migraion Queesland ，BSMQ) 上周四(22日) 宣布，由即日起剔除五个技术移民清单中的职业，当中包括多个需求量最高的职业选项。

移民局表示，由于收到大量相关职业的移民意向书（EOI），部份职业的签证已达到配额上限，当局将不会再批出护士、财务经理及软件工程师等职业的技术移民签证。

受影响的职业包括：

财务经理- 132211
注册护士（老年护理） - 254412
注册护士（重症监护及紧急） - 254415 
程式开发员- 261312
软件工程师- 261313

至于已提交相关签证申请的人士，如果在11月22日前没有收到签证邀请，有关的申请亦不会获审批。

移民局称，如果已收到签证邀请的人士在规定的时间内没有回应，当局将于稍后时间重新开放有关职业的申请。

Civil Engineer (233211), Electrical Engineer (233311) and Mechanical Engineer (233512) will be removed from all the Queensland Skilled Occupation Lists (QSOLs) on 24 October 2018 as BSMQ has received many expressions of interest for these occupations and has filled the quota.

If you have not received an invitation by today, BSMQ is no longer able to issue any new invitations.

BSMQ may open these occupations later if the current invitees do not respond in the required time frame. If this happens, information will be posted to this page.
 

17 September 2018

Accountant (General) (221111) will be removed from all the Queensland Skilled Occupation Lists (QSOLs) on 17 September 2018 as BSMQ has received many expressions of interest for this occupation and has filled the quota.

If you have not received an invitation by today, BSMQ is no longer able to issue any new invitations.

BSMQ may open this occupation later if the current invitees do not respond in the required time frame.  If this happens, information will be posted to this page.
 

16 July 2018

Engineering Technologist (233914) will be removed from all the Queensland Skilled Occupation Lists (QSOLs) on 16 July 2018 as BSMQ has received large number of EOIs for this occupation and have filled the quota.

If you have not received an invitation by today, BSMQ is no longer in a position to issue any new invitations.

BSMQ may open this occupation at a later date if current invitees do not respond in the requested time frame.  If this happens, information will be posted on our website. Please keep an eye on the BSMQ website for the updated information of QSOL list.
