Work Visa

The Australian Subclass 457 Work Visa allows Australian and overseas employers to sponsor an immigrant worker to enter Australia for up to 4 years in order to engage in skilled work. The visa holder's family members can also gain entry to Australia, and may work and/or study during their stay.

Partner Visa

Partner visa (Temporary)

This visa lets the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen live in Australia temporarily. Getting this visa is the first step towards a permanent Partner visa (subclass 100).

· It leads directly to the permanent Partner visa

· You must be outside Australia when you apply

Partner (Migrant) visa

The visa lets the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, live in Australia permanently. It is usually granted to people who hold a temporary Partner visa (subclass 309).

Humanitarian visas are granted by some countries to fulfill their international obligation to protecting refugees from persecution. Australia’s Refugee and Humanitarian Program is part of international efforts to protect refugees, respond to global humanitarian need and provide specialist support.

Significant investor Visa

The Significant Investor visa allows you to invest and live in Victoria. It is for eligible people who invest at least A$5 million into complying investments over four years in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
