The production starts from a farm where olive trees grow, olive fruit ispicked and collected in baskets. Then they are put into a long largecontainer for washing. There is a tap close to this container, constantlyfilling with cold water. When the step finishes, the olive fruit will be transported into another roundcontainer by a moving belt. In thiscontainer, the fruit is smashed into piecesfirst, then paste is produced and contained in a smaller container on the righthand, while, on the left hand, coresare separated and collected in another (container).

The next step is to put the pasteinto a bag with holes. After that, the bag full of the olive paste isput into the third container for pressing.During this process\At this stage, the oil is separated from water.Finally, the olive oil is packed insmaller containers for storage or for sale.
