Position 1: Project Officer, Wine Australia Shanghai

Wine Australia China has a vacancy of Project Officer in Shanghai, responsible for organising and implementing marketing activities for Australian wine in general in China.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, passionate, flexible and prepared to work in a performance-driven culture. They must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving measurable results in the marketing and event management.

The successful candidate will report to Wine Australia China’s Market Development Officer. Background information on Wine Australia can be found at: www.wineaustralia.com.

ROLE

Based in Shanghai, the Project Officer will work to organise and implement Wine Australia’s marketing and event activities in the Chinese market.

The Project Officer will work closely with the Market Development Officer and will require strong organisation and project management skills to deliver the China programs for Wine Australia.

Position 2: Communications and PR Officer - Wine Australia, Shanghai

We are looking for a Communications and PR Officer to work with our Shanghai team – and the broader Wine Australia team – to build and maintain productive relationships with the Australian grape and wine community, the wine trade and media. The Communications and PR Officer will use media and social communications tools to amplify Wine Australia’s messages about distinctively Australian fine wine.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, passionate, flexible and prepared to work in a performance-driven culture. They must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving measurable results in communications and public relations.

ROLE

Based in Shanghai, the Communications and PR Officer will work to develop and implement Wine Australia’s communications and public relations (PR) initiatives in the Chinese market.

The Communications and PR Officer will work closely with Wine Australia’s global communications team and market development team. To successfully communicate Wine Australia’s key messages, the Communications and PR Officer will build on their strong relationships with the Australian grape and wine community as well as the Chinese wine and lifestyle media, and key opinion leaders.
