自从6月初起NAATI CCL关闭了报名通道开始进行改革后，在备考CCL但还没有报名的同学们都紧张地等待着NAATI的信号，小柠檬一直为同学们密切关注着NAATI的最新动向：
终于在一个冬日的早上，刷到了NAATI关于CCL报名改革的通知：
小柠檬立刻为同学们总结出了以下几条关于考试改革的重要内容：
1. the key change is that you will be able to self-select a test date when you make your payment.
本次改革中，NAATI最重要的变化就是：7月1日后，交钱报名的同时就可以选考位和考试时间，同学们再也不用每天苦苦刷邮件，担心自己的报名费啦。
2. recertification improvements: for translators and interpreters who are recertifying their credentials, we are making changes to improve our processing times for recertification applications.
对于需要重新认证口笔译证书的同学：7月1日之后的审核速度会加快！
3. cancellation policy and fees schedule: effect on 1 July 2019.
NAATI本次还改革了CCL的考试取消政策和费用安排，从7月1日起生效。
1） 考试取消政策：
-All NAATI test session are closed 5 weeks prior to the test date. This means that a test cannot be rescheduled within the 5 weeks immediately before a test. If a test is cancelled and you wish to sit another NAATI test, you will need to make a new application.
现在NAATI把换考位和换时间的日期拉长到了考试前5周：在考试日期前5周内无法更换考位。
（小柠檬：非常合理，之前的policy里面reschedule这一块写得不清不楚，估计是收到了太多学生申请换考位的邮件。）
- The following cancellation rules apply:
• If a cancellation request is received more than 5 weeks before the test date, the cancellation fee is 25% of the test fee - 75% of your payment will be refunded.
• If a cancellation request is received within five weeks of the test date (35 days or fewer), the cancellation fee is 100% of the test fee. There is no refund.
• Non-attendance on the test date is considered a cancellation and no test fees will be refunded.
• Candidates may be eligible for a 75% refund or a test reschedule to a later date without penalty, if evidence of the following can be provided:
o Serious injury / hospital admission
o Bereavement
o Hardship/Trauma – e.g. victim of crime / traffic accident
• Applications for test cancellations should be sent in writing to [email protected]
取消考试费用如下：
-如果NAATI在考试日期前5周之前收到同学的退考申请，NAATI收取25%的取消考试费用，75%报名费可以退还。
-如果NAATI在考试日期前5周之内（35天或更少）收到退考申请，一毛钱不退…
-不出席考试，一毛钱不退。
-考生在某些情况下可以获得75%的退款或推迟考试的机会：
-严重受伤／住院
-丧亲之痛
-遭受了极大痛苦／严重创伤 – 例子：受害人／交通事故
-取消考试的申请需要发邮件至：[email protected]
(小柠檬：比较合理，NAATI终于把规则改得通俗易懂了，而且终于有了其他的邮箱可以发……)
- If you arrive late to your test, the test supervisor will advise you whether you can be admitted to the test. If testing of other candidates has started, you will not be tested. If you arrive late and cannot be admitted to the test, or do not show up to the test at all, you will not receive a refund of your test fee.
关于考试迟到：
监考人员会通知考生是否能参加考试，如果其他考生已经开始考试，将不能参加考试。迟到或不参加考试将不能获得退款。
- If you are unsuccessful in your test, you can apply for a review. You will be charged a fee for this service. If you have applied for a review, you cannot apply to sit a new test until the review outcome has been issued. To apply for a test review, log into myNAATI.
如果没有通过考试，可以通过访问myNAATI申请考试review。
2）费用变化：

看完了NAATI的新政改革通知，小柠檬注意到一个很重要的日期出现了非常多次：2019年7月1日。根据小柠檬的推测，7月1日很有可能CCL的报名通道就会重新开启了，还没有考试的同学可以7月1日开始尝试登陆CCL的报名网页。
