2018年6月，LAB_尚墨参与了上海新曹杨地区城市设计国际方案征集。作为“科技金融园”的载体，设计团队为新曹杨地区创建了一个宜居生态科创中心的城市愿景。
LAB_ShangMo participated in the collection of urban design international plans forShanghai Xincaoyang district in June 2018. As the carrier of the “TechnologyFinancial Park”, the design team created a city vision for a livable ecologicalscience and technology innovation center for the Xincaoyang area.
以长风生态商务区为核心的“上海科技金融产业集聚区”位于苏州河沿线的公共活动区段，未来将进一步提升公共活动功能，促进沿线用地转型，打通滨河公共空间通道；修复生态格局，打造与区域生态网络相互衔接的苏州河生态廊道；融合文脉水脉、打造一条贯穿历史未来、彰显文化魅力的世界级文化景观走廊。新曹杨地区作为腹地重要节点，亟待提升滨河与腹地的有机联系，塑造具有引领性的功能、形象。The “ShanghaiScience and Technology Financial Industry Cluster” with Changfeng EcologicalBusiness District as its core is located in the public activity section alongthe Suzhou River. In the future, it will further enhance the functions ofpublic activities, promote the transformation of land along the line,open upthe public space corrider of Binhe River, and repair the ecological pattern.Create a Suzhou River Ecological Corridor that connects with the regionalecological network;integrate the context and create a world-class culturallandscape corridor that runs through the historical future and highlights thecultural charm. As an important node in the hinterland, the Xincaoyang areaneeds to improve the organic connection between the riverside and thehinterland, to create a leading function and image of the area.

新曹杨宜居生态科创中心项目，作为“科技金融园”的载体，旨在集约土地、激发活力、塑造魅力、创新发展。实现服务和共享复合，创造绿色智能空间。集聚创新生态，转型满足青年人的需求，打造具有世界影响力的滨水廊道。园区内12公顷的公共绿地——标志性的幸福微笑曲线，优化生态链，让创新成为城市发展的主动力。统筹生产、生活、生态发展的宜居性。The Xincaoyanglife Ecological Science and Technology Innovation Center Project, as a carrierof the “Technology Financial Park”, aims to intensify land, stimulate vitality,shape charm, and innovate. Realize services and share composites to creategreen smart spaces.
Gathering innovative ecology to transform it for the needs of young people, and creatinga waterfront corridor with a global influence.
The 12 hectaresof public green space in the park – the iconic happy smile curve, optimizes theecological chain and makes innovation becomes the main driving force for urbandevelopment, and coordinating the production, life and ecological development.

新曹杨园区地上总建筑面积120万平方米，其中租赁住宅5万平方米，设立一处九年一贯制学校。15号线沿线“科创线”，为新曹杨高新技术园区的产业转型带来机遇。13号线沿线，形成长风中环商贸金融集聚区。新曹杨高新技术园区位于中环商贸发展轴和金沙江路产业发展轴的交汇处。通过产业定位、园区环境、配套设施，将园区打造为以精准化、特色化、定制化的“互联网+”新型科技商务社区。The XincaoyangPark has a total construction area of 1.2 million square meters, including50,000 square meters of leased houses, and a nine year system school. The“Scienfic Line” along Line 15 brings opportunities for the industrialtransformation of the new Caoyang High-tech Park. Along the line 13, theChangfeng Central Business and Trade Financial Cluster is formed. Waterfront Bar Street Perspective 沿西虬江创建酒吧街，有序组织和迎合滨水酒吧街的所有活动和用途，形成完整视野，为西虬江沿河区域带来新的机遇。景观规划为酒吧街带来了更多的室外商业场所，将新曹杨地区打造邻里社区的绿色毛细血管的理念贯彻其中。Create a bar street along the Xiqiao River, orderly organize and cater toall activities and uses of Waterfront Bar Street to form a complete vision,bringing new opportunities to the Xiqiao River area along the river.Thelandscape plan brings more outdoor commercial places to Bar Street, andimplements the concept of green capillaries in the neighborhood of the Xincaoyangarea.
对标全球城市一流滨河区，两岸发展均衡，公共活动网络连贯。滨河地区与腹地&桥路桥下空间文化走廊和生态廊道是两岸联动。景观和开敞空间的主旨在于因地制宜地创造出连贯并交融的功能区块与流线，打破隔阂，使人、建筑与场地的关系成为富有交集的整体。“纽带+链接”成为场地设计概念的主导元素，将重要的现状元素如公园、路的边界视为最初的纽带，并在设计过程中逐步生成出更多的纽带而得出数个“链接点”。通过这些“线”与“点”的划分，创造了开放的广场空间，穿插的口袋庭院，消解了建筑与公园的界限，使建筑成为公园的一部分，并向城市开放。Targeting theworld's first-class riverfront area, the two sides of the river are balancedand the public activities network is coherent. The space culture corridor andecological corridor under the Binhe area and the hinterland & bridge roadare cross-strait linkages.The main purposeof the landscape and open space is to create coherent and harmonious functionalblocks and streamlines according to local conditions, breaking the barriers andmaking the relationship between people, buildings and venues a rich andintegrated whole.“Tie + Link” has become the dominant element of the conceptof site design. It regards the important status elements such as the boundariesof parks and roads as the initial link, and gradually generates more links inthe design process to obtain several “link points”.". Through thedivision of these "lines" and "points", an open plaza spaceis created, and the pocket courtyard is interspersed to dissolve the boundariesbetween the building and the park, making the building a part of the park andopening to the city.
