LAB operates by processes of critical interrogation, meaning that nothing is pre-supposed and everything is worthy of consideration. This is a unique opportunity for you to take on a (full-time) leadership role in the overall project management and delivery, with responsibility for team management and project delivery (from initial briefing through tocompletion), maintaining good client relationship to ensure a positive project direction and meeting the client’s expectations within the terms of our conditions and engagement。

You will become involved in the design and delivery of high profile and complex commercial, cultural, multi-residential, urban planning and other projects.

Ø  Apost-graduate/post-graduate degree in Architecture 

国内外建筑学本科或以上学历；

Ø  A minimum of 6 years of full timeexperience

具有6年或以上全职工作经验；

Ø  Specific experience in the design team management and delivery of projects with well 

   understanding to client’s expectations;

擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求；

Ø  High competency in architectural drawings/sections/details/construction documentation

具有丰富的参与建筑设计全过程经验，熟悉并能领导与其他专业之间的协作工作；

Ø  Software competency: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop,Vray, etc

熟练运用 AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、Revit、

InDesign、Photoshop、Vray 等设计软件；

Ø  Above CET4/6 level, good command of English listening,speaking, reading and writing;

英语四、六级以上，听说读写熟练，能用英语进行设计相关沟通；

Ø  Outstanding communication skills and the desire to help support and build a team of skilled and creative architects
