今年4月份由总理谭保提出的入籍改革方案前一段儿被正式否决。至于以后是否还要重新提出，目前还不清楚。但随着这个这个方案的否决，申请入籍的人数大增。目前，有11万8千多人人正在排队等候他们的入籍申请被审核。
如果按每天500个的处理量，这些排队的人需要整整10个月的处理时间。对于入籍仪式来说，可能等待的时间更长。
此次入籍方法被否，只要是由于少数党派的反对而造成的。换句话说，如果少数党派转而支持，那这个方案就很容易被通过了。所以当时机有所转变的时，政府完全有可能重新提出。但，对于微信圈里相传的，明年政府将重新提交此改革方案的详细，并没有实际的消息来源。
