昨天收到通知后，我们做申请做到凌晨2点才成功提交，现在马上给大家分享手把手的申请攻略。在City of Melbourne 有ABN的老板们，受到冠状病毒疫情影响，快去申请补助一起度过难关。

申请通道开放时间（已开放）：

2020 年 3月 26日早上9点

（目前没有设定关闭申请通道的时间，市政厅的总预算是 $500万，老板们早点申请哦～）

企业申请资格：

be located within the City of Melbourne municipality （企业需位于 City of Melbourne 管治范围内）
have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
（企业需拥有ABN，如果你有多个企业，可以多次申请，每一个ABN可提交申请一次）
be a small to medium sized business (employ fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees at the time of application, or up to 75 staff for hospitality and tourism sectors)
（小于50位全职员工的中小型企业，餐旅业可高达75位员工）
able to demonstrate how the grant will help support business in response to the impact of COVID-19.
（证明该补助将如何帮助企业响应冠状病毒疫情所带来的影响）

有三类补助可申请：

1. Capital works grant

基本工程建设补贴 - 最高补助 $10000 excl. GST

补助范围：

装备硬件 - equipment, including major catering, processing and production equipment
装修 - business fittings, including retail, wholesale, and hospitality shopfittings
硬件翻新 - physical alterations, including re-modelling of premises
IT和软件 - IT and software
汽车 - vehicles

2. Online and e-commerce grant

线上和电商开发补贴 - 最高补助 $5000 excl. GST

补助范围：

网页开发 - website design and development
电商开发 - e-commerce platforms (selling online and receiving payments)
在线内容制作 - online content development (web pages, mobile apps, audio and visual media)
线上推广广告 - digital marketing and promotion
在线和电商培训 - mentoring and training in online and e-commerce activities.

3. Training and professional development grant

专业发展培训项目补贴 - 最高补助 $2000 excl. GST

补助范围：

线上学习培训 - online learning and webinars
参与培训项目 - attendance at training courses, seminars, workshops, forums or conferences where appropriate
内部培训课程 - in-house courses delivered by an external provider or other training.

审理过程和审理时间：

官网指出申请会由内部审理，申请人将会被通知申请结果，并没有提供审理时间。但我们申请的时候发现了优先审理的条件！

为了互相支持City of Melbourne的本地企业，将会优先处理那些选择将预算花在本地企业上的申请。

例：

在申请第二类Online and e-commerce grant 线上和电商开发补贴时，需要填写预计如何使用这笔补助开发线上和电子商务能力。可以是网页设计，开发网上商城，线上市场推广等等。如果你想优先审理申请的话，你需要填写将要提供服务的企业（企业位于City of Melbourne）。
