• The building structure is now complete to the top level floor;

Excavation for basement commenced. (2017/03/01) 地基工程开始启动。

Piling works finished; Capping beam 85% poured to date; 2* 20 tonne, 40 tonne and 2*5 tonne excavators to speed up. (2017/06/14) 地基工程完成；盖梁工程完成85%；增加两台挖掘机加快工程速度。

 Capping beam works 100% complete；SW corner propping is complete。（2017/08/02）盖梁工程完成,西南角临时支撑完工。

 90% of shotcrete works have been complete, with the ramp area to follow; Bulk excavation is ongoing; Tower crane will be installed for excavation.（2017/09/28）喷浆混凝土90%完工，斜坡区即将开始；大型挖掘正在进行中，即将引进塔式起重机。

 The crane is up; civil works are ongoing.（2017/10/19）引进起重机，市政工程正在进行中。

Precast concrete starting to be installed!（2017/11/03）预制混凝土安装进行中！

Bulk Excavation complete; Shotcrete works 95% complete; Slab preparation ongoing.（2017/12/08）挖掘结束；混凝土工程完成95%；水泥板准备工作进行中。

（2018/02/05）Basements and ground floor slab will have been poured by this weekend; the ‘super-structure’ will  then be able to commence. 地下室和一楼楼板水泥将在本周末完成，公寓楼框架即将开始。

（2018/02/26）Basement structure now complete; Precast installs have started. 地下室结构已完成，预制混凝土板已开始安装。

（2018/03/20）Basement Pour completed; GF pour 1 completed; Services penetrations to commence. 地下室水泥浇灌已经完成；一楼水泥第一次浇灌已经完成。

（2018/04/19） Basements 1 & 2 and Ground Floor structural works are complete; First Floor structure is in progress. 地下室1层，地下室2层，一楼的结构工程已经完工；二楼的架构正在进行中。
