Useful Expressions
Normally, we use frequency adverbs like

Usually== nearly 80%
Often==about 60%
Sometimes==about 40%
Rarely/hardly/seldom==about 10%
Never==0%
Moreover, there are other useful expressions to describe the frequency of doing something.

These four expressions can be used to describe a thing that you do everyday, every week, every month and every year.
And “On a regular basis/interval” means you do something regularly.
Besides these, some colloquial expressions should be born in mind.
At times/ now and then/ now and again/from time to time , Which means “sometimes”.
Another colloquial idiom “once in a blue moon ”is also very important, which means you do something rarely.
