这几天,这样几张墨尔本百万豪区进化史的图片在澳洲华人圈火了,看到墨尔本山河一片红彤彤陷时,竟有一种革命胜利的豪气。


2006年,100万的豪区在墨尔本还寥寥无几,Toorak、Canterbury、Brighton、East Melbourne,这些顶级豪区的名头果然由来已久。



最后到2016,厉害了,东部全面开花的感觉。

墨尔本地产快讯小编热心提醒:墨尔本城市发展并不均衡,东区、东南区发展比较早,较为发达、完善。而且墨尔本房价平均7年翻一番。从2006年到现在,本地人口增长需求,新移民的进入,都带动了房子的刚需,东区、东南区的很多房价升至百万。
