花更多时间在工作和学习上的好处：

利用驳论段证明残忍的看法本身是有局限性的，证明实验是否残酷并不是评价实验必要性的依据。

花更多时间在工作和学习上的坏处：

可以多方面的加速生物制药的发展。一方面计算机模拟的结果并不可靠， 另一方面部分动物的基因跟人类极为相似，在不能直接使用人体做实验的前提下， 现阶段动物实验仍然是不可取代的。

When the problem that a person spends more and more time at work and school arises in contemporary society, some people think that this way of time consumption is unnecessary as it is harmful to the relationship between families and friends. However, others believe that it is beneficial to both individuals and the society as a whole. With this, I will proceed to explain both these views, and show my support to the latter one.

Encouraging people to spend more time on working and learning would have many benefits for us as individuals and as asociety.  Firstly it would help us to enrich a wide range of experience. Working for a longer time than others will help us generate more professional experience and improve our skills, for example, problem solving and effective communicating. Spending most time at school is also a useful way to gain academic knowledge and learn practical technique for future job. Secondly,spending time in such way is better for our cities and more advanced development. If more people spent most of time on their career and study, there would be a dramatic reduction in crime rate making our cities a safe place tobe. A safe society also guarantees the improvement in both economy and technology. A large amount of time used in work and study could therefore raise our standard of living through a more extraordinary ability quality and a more secure , developed society .

Those people who against this way of time spending base their belief on the fact that spending too much time on work and study does harm to the closure relationship among family members and friends. They think to work overtime definitely reduces the valuable time to stay with families, leading to the lack of opportunities to share happiness and sadness with them. As a consequence, family bound becomes weak and even broken. On the other side, spending too much time at school to learn may make students feel isolated from families and friends. Such lonely feeling usually results in negative emotions like stressful, worrying and even depressed, thus damaging the emotion health to the students. However, these drawbacks can be addressed within family and social activities introduced.

To conclude, spending time on working and learning is beneficial to both individuals and the society as a whole. Therefore,every member of the society both workers and students are encouraged to make great efforts in their working and studying life.
