活动开始,澳洲Nexia负责人Mr.Vito Interlandi 对来参加活动的童鞋们致欢迎辞,希望各位都能在有infinity相伴的求职就职旅途中顺利前行。
整场活动分为三个环节:嘉宾解读行业,嘉宾论坛和networking function。

Richard 着重解读了会计师事务所行业的情况,其中大多数童鞋心仪的“四大”在市场占比为25%,而其他公司则占据剩下的75%市场份额。因此,Richard建议求职者不仅可以把目光仅仅放在“四大”身上,其他公司或许也有好的就业机会。Richard也提到,会计师事务所通常既会招聘graduate,也会招聘experienced staff,而主要的招聘途径为job agent, recruitment website和referral。所以,没有经验的童鞋们也要信心满满!

Try to connect with different people.
"Avoiding people who are similar with me to improve network skills and English speaking.

"Never follow the money, it's hard to satisfy". "Money will come at the right time as long as you do the right direction". ”年轻时候不要急功近利,刚开始的时候会有很多付出;不要计较眼前得失,把眼光放远一点“。
Slow down when you talk.
"说话不要急,要沉稳,表达清楚意思,让雇主理解你“。”用词不求复杂,但要准确“。
中澳经济文化交流日益频繁,对于应聘者有什么机遇?
中国的影响力正在逐渐上升。一些澳洲公司主要目标为在澳洲的亚洲客户,协助他们达到自己的目标。如果回国以后还想回澳洲,可以在国内做一些与澳洲相关的事,以后也会有机会。努力找到真正属于自己的市场,发掘自己的潜力。
