在澳新，护士属于就业移民“双保险”的职业！因其属于注册职业，在新西兰申请技术移民，会被移民局优先审理和批准，一般毕业就业后2个月至4个月即可获得绿卡！在澳洲，护士属于中长期短期列表职业，也在众多州担保的职业清单里面，毕业后无需就业，即可轻松获得189联邦和190州担保独立技术移民！从收入来看，在澳洲与新西兰从业的护士，大都都能达到国民年收入的中位数！今天，领航就带领带大家全面认识这个好就业和好移民的职业！

在新西兰有两种护士：

-- Registered Nurse (RN，注册护士)

-- Enrolled Nurse (EN, 登记护士，也称助理护士)

“Enrolled nurses care for patients while a registered nurse or nurse practitioner supervises them. “enrolled nurses” are those who provide nursing care under the direction and delegation of a registered nurse or other registered health practitioner in a range of settings including acute care, rehabilitation, and mental health in the community and/or in hospitals.”

The Bachelor of Nursing (Level 7) is the three-year degree qualification for those intending to become a registered nurse. After completing this degree, students sit the Nursing Council of New Zealand exam to complete their registration.（完成护士本科后，学生通过新西兰注册护士委员会的考试即可完成注册） There is high demand for nurses both in the Waikato, New Zealand-wide, and globally, and there are strong job outcomes for Wintec nursing graduates. 98% of Wintec nursing graduates from November 2018, are currently employed as Registered Nurses. （2018年，98%的毕业生成功就业，护士专业是一个整个怀卡托地区，全新西兰，全球都高度需求的职业）Students who identify as Maori or Pasifika have the option to complete their Bachelor of Nursing in the Tihei Mauri Ora stream. Graduates will sit a Nursing Council of New Zealand registration exam to become a registered nurse.Roles can include:

· Registered nurse in private or public hospitals in the mental health sector, in independent practice, or in the defence services

· specialty nurse

Entry criteria (入学要求）

University Entrance (UE) or equivalent is the minimum requirement to enter the Bachelor of Nursing programme （在新西兰就读高中的学生需要达到新西兰大学录取的最低门槛）

Candidates who have studied on a Nursing Degree programme at another institution will need to meet the Bachelor of Nursing programme entry requirements or equivalent. They will also need evidence of a B grade average (i.e. above a B minus average) and a letter of recommendation and a confidential report on the student from the Head of School of the previous programme, before they will be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Nursing programme. （其他院校转学的学生将需要均分B的成绩以及一封推荐信）

Applicants who have completed an approved foundation, bridging or tertiary introductory programme in Health at Level 4, with 60% or higher in all modules will be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Nursing programme. （就读四级护士预科，成绩需要达到每门课在60%以上）

English Language Requirements 英文入学要求

Candidates who have English as a second language are required to have an International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 6.5 across all bands; or equivalent.（入学要求，雅思总分6.5单项不低于6.5或同等PTE成绩或OET成绩或NZCEL-5，领航顾问推荐留学生就读NZCEL-5五级语言直升班打好语言基础，另外NZCEL-5不用考虑听说读写单项问题）

语言要求：雅思总分6.5（四个单项不低于6.5）或同等PTE成绩或同等OET 成绩；少部分理工学院接受NZCEL-5 证书入学（领航推荐留学生先就读NZCEL-5为专业课打好良好语言基础，也可避免因为单项要求达不到而多次参加雅思或PTE考试，因为NZCEL没有听说读写单项问题）

学历：高中毕业（高考二本线或均分70分以上）或以上学历或完成新西兰四级护士预科课程

以Wintec 四级护士预科为例，入学要求为：高二或相关学历，雅思五点五，单项不低于5；学制：18周；学费：NZ$9185; 学制：3年（360学分）

开学时间：每年2月和7月（大部分理工学院，小部分理工开学时间有10月，详情与领航顾问联系）

学费：$22,360.00 （2020年Wintec怀卡托理工学院的学费，其他理工学院学费都在2.0万至2.3万纽币每年的学费，部分院校提供免费语言，详情请于领航顾问联系）

在新西兰多达20所高校（大学和政府理工学院）都开设全日制的护士本科课程，基本每个地区的中心城市都有开设此课程。以奥克兰为例，招生国际留学生的院校就多达四所：

· 马努卡理工学院

· 奥克兰大学

· AUT奥克兰理工大学

· 梅西大学（Albany 奥克兰北岸校区）

以哈密尔顿为例（怀卡托地区）， Wintec 怀卡托理工学院在培养护士和助产士方面独具特色，具有多年的历史，且开设护士专业硕士（可见护士专业教学研究实力的雄厚）。此外，怀卡托理工还与学校旁边的新西兰最大公立医院怀卡托医院多年前签署了实习协议，该医院是该校护士专业实习基地。

Summary 登记护士（护士助理）课程概况

Gain the skills and knowledge needed to help meet the growing demand for nurses in New Zealand.If you'd like to gain a formal qualification in nursing, this 18-month diploma programme will equip you with the theory and clinical nursing practice required to apply for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.Your study comprises of a combination of theory, practice in simulated environments and clinical placements in different health care settings. Practise your skills in different nursing contexts such as rehabilitation, acute care and mental health while studying the fundamentals of nursing and the human body.Your clinical practice may not all be within Christchurch and may include placements in the West Coast, Marlborough, Ashburton and North Canterbury. Clinical placements will require you to work shift work starting and finishing anytime.Following completion of the New Zealand Diploma in Enrolled Nursing, graduates must pass the NCNZ registration examination and meet other criteria to be issued with a practising certificate and be able to work as an enrolled nurse.Programme structure

Programme Outline The New Zealand Diploma in Enrolled Nursing is taught over 18 months. Students who successfully complete Part A (full year) can then enrol in Part B (half year).Part AThe first year of the programme provides the foundational knowledge and skills required to enable students to work as part of the health care team with clients/patients/residents in a range of hospital and community settings.Par?t BIn the second year, students enrol for six months and work towards being prepared to work effectively, efficiently and safely within a variety of broad practice areas including hospitals and community settings.Students who successfully complete the New Zealand Diploma in Enrolled Nursing are required to sit the Nursing Council of New Zealand State Final Examinations. When these examinations are passed, the student can apply to the Nursing Council for registration as an enrolled nurse.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES 职业发展前景As a graduate of the programme (who also meets Nursing Council of New Zealand requirements) you will be competent to practise as a beginning level enrolled nurse under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse in a variety of health care settings such as hospitals, community aged care facilities, iwi and Maori trusts, mental health and other health care facilities.

Entry criteria 入学学术要求

· Candidates are required to have gained an international qualification equivalent to NCEA Level 2

· Candidates who are applying to transfer from another institution will be required to provide a confidential report from that institution.

· New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 3) Ara Health Pathway or equivalent

· If you have undertaken examinations other than NCEA (e.g. International Baccalaureate, Cambridge Examination), Ara will assess your qualification for academic entry equivalency.

Alternative requirementsStill want to study but don't meet the Academic Requirements?If you show that you have equivalent skills for tertiary study gained through study, work and/or life experience, you may be able to gain alternative entry.

备注：由于是18个月的课程，领航顾问建议国际留学生建议可以通过先就读半年预科为该课程打好基础，另外也可以达到就读2年大专学历毕业后申请open工作签证的要求，由于是一年半的课程，因此国际留学生大都选择就读护士本科来获得毕业后三年工作签证以及更高的技术移民加分和更多就业工作前景。

学制：18个月（180学分）

毕业后参加护士协会主办的NCNZ考试，考试通过后符合各项品行及身体健康要求即可申请获得登记护士注册证书进入到护士行业从业。

在新西兰，有多达7所国立政府理工学院都开设了此课程，按地域划分，主要有以下7所理工学院：

1. Ara Institute of Canterbury坎特伯雷理工学院；基督城 , 新西兰南岛第一大城市，人口约40万

2. NorthTec 国立北方理工学院 (主校区：Whangarei, 奥克兰以北人口约5万，开车约2.5小时）

3. Otago Polytechnic 奥塔哥国立理工；主校区：Duendin (南岛第二大城市）

4. Southern Institute of Technology 国立南方理工学院，主校区：Invercargill, 人口约5万）
