Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
🔷 Liaising with owners and buyers to negotiate with both parties to enable agreement on sale price
🔷Building best practice and CBRE specific databases and providing in depth market analysis to clients
🔷Preparing documentation and analysis including marketing submissions, executive summaries and information memorandums
🔷Building world class product and market knowledge of the industry
🔷Farming and building on an already strong market share
🔷Recognising and acting on client needs and expectations
🔷Proactively focus upon achieving team and individual goals
🔷 Conduct property inspections
Key Requirements
🔷 Good knowledge of the property industry and Sydney market
🔷 Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships at all levels
🔷 Highly motivated with ‘can-do’ attitude
🔷 Superior organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
🔷 Excellent attention to detail
