校园招聘是中国高校应届毕业生的主要就业渠道。每年各大企业会在9月份开始秋招，有的甚至7月即开始，通常11月结束；另一场校招则是在3、4月份进行春招。然而澳洲留学生很难像国内高校学生一样，在学业的最后一年及时接收到企业的招聘需求和招聘时间，提早开始准备。
