顺利拿到去日本的签证啦！！开森^_^马上写文庆祝！给我批了3个月内可入境并逗留三十天~

我是在珀斯日本大使馆申请的，2017/09/18递交资料，护照必须留在大使馆等待贴纸质签，会给一个领取凭证，上面写了2017/09/26下午2点以后本人带上凭证和现金37刀即可领取。工作人员会先检查一下资料看有没有什么问题，我问了一下是否会通知，她说如果要补资料才会电话联系。

1. One completed visa application form 
已填写好的申请表

※You must answer all the questions.If there is nothing to write for a particular question, please write "None" or "N/A".

官网上可下载且有填写模板，passport type应选ordinary，仔细看申请表不用所有问题都填写。
需要填写工作信息但不需要提供在职证明，貌似也没有查证！我的情况是刚好结束了前一个工作，但银行流水里刚好有显示出我的工资。

2. One 4.5cm x 3.5cm or 2in X 2in

※It has to be taken within the past 6 months. White background only.
我拿了一张半年以前的，注意尺寸和白色背景。照片是用来贴在申请表格上面的，工作人员很好可以帮忙贴。

3. A valid passport有效的护照

※Your passport must remain valid during the period of stay in Japan.  
护照需要留在大使馆，递交时工作人员会检查一遍资料，如无大问题，会给你一个领取回执告诉你什么时候可以亲自过来领取护照，一般一周左右。

4. Your current Australian Visa  
你的澳洲签证

-Visa sticker on your passport, or
-Visa Grant Notice Letter, or
-Visa Status Confirmation from the Visa  Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) System  
下载一个VEVO APP可以随时查询自己的签证信息，并发送到你的邮箱。

5. A copy of Eticket or flight details (full flight 

details from an accredited travel agent or airline) 

including the following particulars

-Traveler's name
-Departure & Arrival dates and time in and out of Japan

※We do not require the purchase of ticket,but we do require a confirmed reservation. We are not responsible for tickets which may be unusable 

due to the delay or denial of a visa.

我当时是已经买好了机票，是香港往返大阪的，没有提供任何材料说明为何不是从澳洲往返。
Ps: 乐桃航空经常都有促销香港往返大阪来回机票包税不包行李￥1000可以拿下。

6. Bank statement - 银行流水

Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds 

for the trip toJapan

※Your savings or investment accounts (including the internet banking statement) for the last 3 months, but issued not older than 1 month with your name & a current balance
我直接在Commonwealth Bank网银下载了近三个月的银行流水，余额7000刀。

7. Your schedule in Japan

(You can download the form from our website)
-Tour plan from the travel agent

 (Tour brochure / confirmation letter),if you join the tour

在官网下载后填写，可去蚂蜂窝直接搜一些行程，照搬即可。住宿可以去booking.com搜一下选择一些合适的填写并收藏，但不需要住宿预定单。
