真题分析

这道题在2020.11.14日出现过一模一样的原题，当时黄老师写过解析和范文，不知道是不是因为快圣诞了，剑桥也偷了个懒考了个去年同一时期的原题。而且这是连续两周出现环境类话题了，对于该类话题的8分词汇同学们一定要熟练掌握哦！（可以戳黄老师上周大作文真题范文查看更多8分词汇）。

那么，回到我们这道题，对于discuss both类的题型，不少同学会有一个错误的观点：我必须而且只能同意其中某一个观点。但是其实不是的，在双方观点不矛盾的情况下，同学们可以写双方都对的，比如这道题就是的，在事实上最站得住脚的结论肯定是：环境保护即需要个人的努力，也需要政府的努力。

那么，文章中间段结构我们可以这样来写：

1-个人生活中有很多不好的行为会造成环境污染，每个人能纠正这些行为的话可以促进环境。

2-很多宏观层面的环境污染（工业等）需要政府的政策来调控

3-个人的行为需要政府引导，而政府的政策也需要个人遵守，双方合力才能解决环境问题
