Cullen Bay Resorts are looking for a Front Office Receptionist (Guest Services) 

Overlooking the Cullen Bay Marina, this holiday resort in Darwin is looking fora highly motivated and committed individual to join the team. In this hands on role your responsibilities will include check in and check out of guests, maintaining guest accounts, assisting with all guest enquiries and directing internal and external phone calls.

You will be responsible for ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office and creating a professional impression as a representative of the property at all times.

Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for providing outstanding customer service, high attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Previous hotel/accommodation, travel or tourism industry experience is advantageous as well as experience with Hirum or a similar reservations booking system. 

The property's Front Office is open 7 days a week and applicants must be available to work a roster across this period. This is a casual position offering 2 shifts a week but will increase when other staff are on leave and during peak season.
