About the roles: 

This role reports to the Work Integrated Learning Team Leader and is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to facilitate the effective delivery of Placement services for participants. This role may also involve providing administration support to cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong self-management and prioritisation skills. This role requires flexibility, multitasking and a strong team ethic.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all appropriate administrative and compliance requirements as part of the internship are met

• Responding to student and host queries by phone and email

• Working to strict targets and timelines set by faculty

Required skills and experience: 

• Excellent time management and organisational ability

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and an enthusiastic drive to support the team to succeed

• Strong attention to detail with high level written and verbal skills

• High level of proficiency in computer usage including Gmail, In Place, Microsoft Work, Excel, and Access, Windows operating systems

• Proven experience learning complex systems such as “Sales Force”, “Inplace” or similar

• Proven ability to problem-solve autonomously

Contract: Full time Fixed term, 18 months

Location: Melbourne City –regular travel to Caulfield and Clayton Monash University campuses will be required.
