工時穩定（40-55 hours per week），全年有工，工作禮拜一到禮拜五，週末雙休，國定假日休息。

目前團隊有，台灣，大陸，馬來，日本，意大利的背包客同事。大家都很好相处。

不綁住宿，但是農場有提供住宿，自願，環境還行，一個禮拜70 AUD。單人間。

工作要求：

吃苦耐勞

至少做五個月（押金400 AUD，滿五個月返還，如果覺得沒有決心做五個月，也不建議來，員工的穩定性是我們的基本要求，工作種類繁多，每個人分配的工作內容會有差異，在離職入職期間都會進行工作的交接）
