How will I help?

The Team Assistant provides a professional level of administrative and analytical support in managing the operational and administrative aspects of the WA retail banking team. As a Team assistant you are the main support for Regional General Managers as well as working closely with Bank Managers across the region.

The Person

You are self-motivated and enjoy working at times autonomously as part of a strong support team. You will also have highly developed communication skills as you will be a key liaison point with business stakeholders. You think outside the box and find new and innovative ways to problem solve. Understanding of the Retail network is desirable but not essential. You are a self- starter, able to navigate systems and processes autonomously whilst taking minimal direction from management.

What do I need?

Advanced Microsoft office applications across Word and Excel are a necessity. So too, an ability to work on multiple initiatives at once, from high-level strategic pieces to tactical components, and at varying stages of progress from raw ideas to refined pieces. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating and supporting meetings and events, HR & recruitment assistance by creating letters of offer and onboarding, diary and email management plus managing expenses, travel and accommodation.
