一般病情
He feels headache, nausea and vomiting.
他觉得头痛、恶心和想吐。
He is under the weather.
他不舒服，生病了。
He began to feel tired.
他感到疲倦。
He feels light-headed.
他觉得头晕。
Her head is pounding.
她头痛。
He has been lacking in energy.
他感到虚弱。
He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated.
他觉得昏昏欲睡，头晕目眩和想吐。
He has noticed some loss of hearing.
他发觉听力差些。
伤风感冒
He has been coughing up rusty or greenish-yellow phlegm.
他咳嗽带有黄绿色的痰。
He has been sneezing.
他一直在打喷嚏。
He has a fever, aching muscles and hacking cough.
他有发烧，筋骨酸痛和常常咳嗽。(hacking = constant)
He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough.

他耳朵常有嗡嗡的声音。
会描述病情了还不够噢！还要能明白医生的指示才行，下面是一些基本的对话：
What seems to be the problem?
哪里不舒服？
通常一看到医生的时候，他会先问你：「今天怎么啦？」、「有什么症狀呀？」...等等，这时候他可能会用这句问你，例如：
A: What seems to be the problem?
哪里不舒服呢？
B: I’ve been feeling dizzy and my limbs have been weak since yesterday.
我从昨天就开始很晕眩，且四肢无力。
Have you been feeling this way for more than three days?
你这些感觉持续了三天以上吗？
当医生要确认你的症状是否持续太久的时间，他可能会这样问你，或是直接问：For how long have you been feeling this way? 例如：
A: For how long have you been feeling this way?
你有这些感觉多久了？
B: I think two or three days, probably.
我想有两天还是三天了，大概。
Do you have any other symptoms?
你有任何其他症状吗？
Symptom 是指「症状」的意思，而当你描述完你的症状之后，医生会这样问你是否还有其他症状，例如：
A: My eyes are itchy and watery, and I can barely see with my left eye.
我的眼睛很痒，还一直流眼泪，而且我左眼几乎看不到。
B: I see. Do you have any other symptoms?
我明白了。你有任何其他症状吗？
What kind of family medical history do you have?
你有哪种家族病史？
Family medical history 是「家族病史」的意思喔，例如：
A: What kind of family medical history do you have? High blood pressure? Diabetes?
你有什么家族病史？高血压？糖尿病？
B: Not that I know of.
就我所知，并沒有。
Are you allergic to any kind of medicine?
你有对哪种药物过敏吗？
Be allergic to 意思是「对...过敏」，有时候医生在开药前会这样问你，以确保你不会对他所开的药过敏。例如：
A: Are you allergic to any kind of medicine?
你有对哪种药物过敏吗？
B: No, I don’t think so.
沒有，我想是沒有的。
I’m gonna clean and dress your wound. It might hurt a little bit.
我要清理并且包扎你的伤口。可能会有点痛。
动詞 dress 在这里可不是「穿上衣服、打扮」的意思喔，它是指「敷药、包扎」。例如：
After I dress your wound, you need to keep it dry for at least three days. 在我包扎好你的伤口之后，你要它保持干燥至少三天。
I’ll transfer you to a hospital for a closer examination.
我会把你转到医院去做更详细的检查。
Transfer 有「移交」的意思，transfer someone to somewhere 意思就是「将某人转去哪里」，例如：
I’ll transfer you to a hospital. You can see Dr. Wilson; he’ll give you a thorough checkup.
我会把你转到医院去。你可以去看看 Wilson 医生；他会让你做彻底的检查。
