  • 未来领袖培训计划(Future Leaders Program)


每项计划中有五个名额,若申请成功,您将会获得免费前往澳大利亚参加驻地研讨会的机会,接触到有影响力的澳大利亚艺术领袖,并探讨艺术在全球化与本土化之间遇到的挑战。

International Leadership Program 

(Asia Pacific)



The Australia Council for the Arts is again partnering with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to deliver the International Leadership Program (Asia Pacific). Arts professionals from China are eligible to apply. The International Leadership Program supports arts professionals from eligible Asia Pacific countries to join two leadership programs in Australia.


Program Dates

   

Arts Leaders Program: February 2019 - February 2020

The Arts Leaders Program is for mid-career and established arts professionals. Activities run over a 12 month period and include three trips to Australia and Indonesia to attend five-day residential workshops.


Future Leaders Program: April - October 2019

The Future Leaders Program is for arts professionals who are in the first 10 years of their career. Activities run over a six month period and include two trips to Australia to attend five-day residential workshops. This program offers an optional secondment at an Australian arts institution during one of the visits.


Both programs also include online meetings, course materials, a leadership project and engagement with other participants via an online learning platform.


Applications open: Friday 28 September 2018

Applications close: Monday 19 November 2018, 11.59pm Australian Eastern Time

Fees: Full scholarship awarded including travel and accommodation

Notification:  December 2018


Who can apply?


Arts professionals from the following countries can apply: China, India, Indonesia, Fiji, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, Samoa and Vietnam.


The program will be delivered in English and you must have proficient English language skills to join. Women and people with disability are encouraged to apply. What is the cost?


There are five places available in each program. If your application is successful, you will receive a full scholarship that covers air travel to and from Australia, visa applications, accommodation and access to online materials. There is no fee to join the program.

Applications for the International Leadership Programs close 19 November 2018 (11.59pm Sydney time - UTC +11) and must be submitted online.
