Position 1. Trade Marketing Assistant (Merchandiser)
1 person @ Melbourne, 1 person @ Sydney
Duties:
Generate business plans for trade marketing
Conduct merchandising arrangements
Perform stock and deals management
Conduct and arrange demonstrations
Generate forecasts
Arrange deals release
Generate reports (DEALS, MI/PU, comp checks, trade marketing)
Create sales reports and conduct sales and data analysis
Arrange trade activities
Other duties as required from time to time by the Territory Sales Manager
About you:
Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential
Current Driver Licence
Position 2. Food Promoters
3 persons @ VIC, 2 persons @ QLD, 2 persons @WA
work on Saturdays, 4-8 hours
Duties:
Preparing food samples using basic cooking equipment e.g. microwave
Offering samples to store shoppers, explaining and talking about the products
Assembling and packing up promotional displays and materials
Converting trials into sales through your enthusiasm and knowledge
About you:
Good communication skills
Valid driving license and your own vehicle
Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is desirable but not essential
Position 3. Sales Representative (Sydney)
Duties:
Calling on stores allocated to your region for face-to-face sales
Attend to fixtures and maintain presentation standards to requirements
Fill fixtures as required with reserve stocks from stockroom and capping
Check date codes and rotate stock as required
Maintain effective business relationships with store managers/owners
Report competitive new lines or activities being launched
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Reporting Market Intelligence to management
About You:
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
Current Driver's Licence
Position 4. Administrative Assistant (Sydney)
Duties:
Process incoming orders and follow up on delivery matters
Coordinate and follow up on telephone sales and queries on monthly promotions, pricing and special requirements etc, which includes liaising with internal staff on various promotion queries and ordering
Check and manage customer credit accounts
Liaise with local and international clients on a daily basis
Provide administrative support to the Operations department
Other general office administrative duties as required by the Operations Manager
About You:
Able to speak Mandarin/Cantonese
Able to use a computer and has good Microsoft Office software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
