总体上看这次的新题都是在旧题的基础上换形式出现，属于完全新的题数不多，基本都可套用旧题素材。

Person：

1、Describe someone you know who dresses well.

You should say:

who this person is;

how you got to know this person;

what he or she usually wears;

and explain how you feel about the way he or she dresses.

素材：可与旧题describe a traditional dress 结合

高分点：掌握与衣服种类，款式，质料和颜色等的词汇，对时尚描述的词汇。

2、Describe a person you know who speaks a foreign language well.

You should say:

who this person is;

what foreign language he or she knows;

how often he or she uses this language;

and explain why you think this person can speak this language well.

素材：英语老师，或身边懂中文的外国人，用具体事例突显此人的外语能力，或强调ta练习外语的过程

高分点：添加语言能力的描述，从发音（pronunciation), 词汇，语义（semantic level)，到文化背景等。

Place:

1、Describe a café or restaurant that impresses you.

You should say:

where it is;

how often you go there;

what kind of food they serve there;

and explain why you like to eat at this place.

素材：此题为旧题，可参照题目有 describe a cafe/a time when you invite your friends/family have a meal

2、Describe a park or garden you like to visit.

You should say:

where it is;

what it looks like;

what you always do there;

and explain why you like to go there.

素材：旧题，可套用的素材有a historical place you’ve been to（Summer Palace)

3、Describe a place where you can read or write (not your home).

You should say:

where it is;

how often you go there;

what you usually do there;

and explain how you feel about this place.

素材：旧题新出，可用的素材有图书馆／咖啡店／公园

4、Describe a place where you like to go and relax (not your home).

You should say:

where it is;

what it is like;

how you spend time there;

and explain why you feel relaxed there.

素材：可与以上3道题目一起准备，或合并上季题目a colourful place

Object:

1、Describe a paid job you or someone you know did.

You should say:

what job it was;

when and where you or this person did the job;

how long the job lasted;

and explain why you or this person chose to do this job.

素材：可对自己的工作描述，part-time/full-time/internship(must be paid), 最好用工作上曾 经发生过的意见印象深刻的事情作为事例放入描述中，解释自己／他人为什么选这项工作。

高分点：工作领域的词汇，工作性质的描述，对自己对工作的体会和感受的描述

2、Describe a change that will improve your local area.

You should say:

what the change is;

why the change is needed;

whether there will be any problems associated with

the change;

and explain how it will improve your local area.

素材：环境，交通，社区服务和活动，儿童／老人看护，教育，医疗等。

高分点：此题十分讲究逻辑，change=solution，有点像part 3中solution类的题目，注意对存在问题的描述，需要的改变是什么，改变的结果（好或坏的结果）会是什么。

3、Describe a small successful company.

You should say:

what company it is;

what it does;

how you got to know about this company;

and explain why you think this company is successful.

素材： a successful family business, 家族生意，补习中心等

4、Describe an educational TV program you have watched.

You should say:

what the program is;

what type of program it is;

what contents it has;

and explain what you’ve learnt from this program.

素材： 结合something useful/interesting you learn from Internet

5、Describe something a child did that made you laugh.

You should say:

who the child was;

how old he or she was;

what he or she did;

and explain why it made you laugh.

素材：新题，可套用素材有an handmade gift (小孩做handmade gift送给你）／ an indoor game you played (你和小孩一起玩）

6、Describe a gift for someone that took you a long time to choose.

You should say:

what it was;

who it was for;

why it took you so long to choose;

and explain how he or she reacted to your gift.

素材：可套用a handmade gift/ an electronic device, 或是通过对挑选情人节礼物／生日礼物过程的描述

7、Describe an indoor game you played when you were a child.

You should say:

what the game was;

when and where you played it;

how you played it;

and explain why you enjoyed this game.

素材：几年前的旧题，对童年游戏的描述，比如：Hide and Seek, TresureHunt, Freeze! and etc.

8、Describe something interesting that you want to learn more about.

You should say:

what it is;

what you know about it;

how you would continue learning it;

and explain why you would like to learn more about it.

素材：language/ something interesting or useful you learn from Internet

9、Describe a picture or photograph in your family.

You should say:

when and where it was taken;

what's in it;

where it is placed;

and explain why you like this photo.

素材：除了对照片的简单描述外，最重要描写的是照片背后的故事。可套用的素材有a wedding/ a family celebration/ a family trip

10、Describe an electronic machine or device that you would like to buy.

You should say:

what you would use it for;

how you got to know about it;

what special features it has;

and explain why you would like to buy it.

素材：可结合题目something you want to buy in the future/an useful electronic device。

注意：很多考生可能会选择描述iphone甚至是最近上市的Apple Watch，这两个素材都比较好准备，考生对其功能也比较了解。如果不是在近期旧要马上考的同学，建议准备一些比较新颖的题材。

11、Describe a team you were part of.

You should say:

when the team was formed;

who else participated in it;

what you did there;

and explain why you became part of the team.

素材： 可套用素材a group work/study you did with others / something you did with others

Event:

1、Describe an educational trip you went on when you were in school.

You should say:

when and where you went;

who you went with;

what you did;

and explain what you learnt on this trip.

素材：可结合a long journey that you had/ a historical place/city you have been to / a museum/ exchange study 准备

2、Describe a time you got up extremely early.

You should say:

when it was;

what time you got up;

how you felt when you got up;

and explain why you got up early.

素材：可结合an occasion when you were late， 或结合去旅行的event题目

3、Describe a time when you were surprised to meet someone.

You should say:

who this person was;

when and where you me this person;

what you said to him orher;

and explain how you felt when you met him or her.

素材：参考旧题an occasion you met a friend you haven’t met for a long time, 套用描述朋友的素材

4、Describe a time you had disagreement with a friend.

You should say:

when and where it happened;

what you disagreed on;

how you resolved the disagreement;

and explain how you felt about the disagreement.

素材：可参考a time when you shared something with others (e.g. 租房)

5、Describe a special trip you would like to have in the future.

You should say:

where you would like to go;

who you would like to go with;

what you would do;

and explain why you would like to make this trip.

素材：旧题新出，可参考a long journey that you want to recommend to others/a country that you would like to visit/ an educational trip that you went on when you were at school

6、Describe an age or a stage of life that was enjoyable/important to you.

You should say:

when it was;

what you did during that period of life;

who was with you;

and explain why you think it was enjoyable to you

素材： Important: 在外留学，高考

Enjoyable: 可套用素材有a happy family event/ a school you attended(重点放在学校发生的事上面） / a holiday

7、Describe an activity you do to keep fit.

You should say:

what you do;

when you started doing it;

how much time you spend doing it;

and explain how this activity helps you keep fit.

素材：“旧题新出” an activity to maintain your heath，exercise, sports.
