• Preparing project based budgets according to the company's standard guidelines and original bidding estimation.
• Producing monthly financial forecasts and analysis.
• Tracking and controlling costs to optimize project profitability.
• Liaising closely with the business team to monitor the sale and delivery process.
• Ensuring that there is proper documentation and process compliance for the supplier payment, customer invoicing and collection purposes.
• Ensuring that the project delivery operation complies with the company's financial management and internal control regulations.
• 2 years of working experience in project financial management and/or other related fields.
• Good command in English.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Excellent command in MS Office.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive. Desire to deliver excellent service and support.
