澳大利亚会计事务所运营管理经验交流讲座在京成功举办,公共会计师协会IPA微信公众号文章

由澳大利亚公共会计师协会（IPA AU）组织筹办的 “澳大利亚会计行业介绍及事务所运营管理经验分享” 专业持续教育活动于2014年4月23日晚在北京成功举办。协会特邀澳大利亚墨尔本Hayes Knight会计师事务所合伙人兼亚洲咨询业务主任、澳大利亚公共会计师（MIPA）岑思骢（Richard Cen）先生做专题演讲。

活动伊始，中国办公室向与会会员简要介绍了即将于2014年11月在澳大利亚猎人谷召开的IPA AU专业执业论坛暨第二届会员代表大会筹备近况，并欢迎中国区会员及商业财会界人士赴澳参加。

在主题讲座中，Richard结合自己的东西方文化背景和多年执业经验，围绕澳大利亚会计市场现状，向与会人员详细说明了在澳大利亚从事税务咨询、审计、理财服务需要持有的相应执业资格，以及申请这些资格所需满足的条件和注册流程；并简要介绍了澳大利亚事务所的业务范围和收费、市场推广、人员招聘和成本、信息技术应用及国际合作等运营问题；最后结合合伙人和专业执业经验，从合伙文化、事务所架构、传承计划三方面分享了自己有关澳大利亚事务所的管理之道，以及事务所未来发展面临的机遇和挑战。

自由交流期间，参会人员围绕云技术应用、会计服务外包、企业节税架构设计等一系列热点话题与讲师进行了深入探讨和沟通，现场氛围轻松活跃，积极互动，会后参会人员给予该场信息量丰富的专题讲座高度评价。

Richard leads the Asian Advisory Service at Hayes Knight Melbourne. Since graduating from China FUDAN University and University of Sydney, Richard has built more than 10 years’ experience in professional services. His eastern and western academic and work experience allows Richard to provide specialised advice to international and local clients.

Experience

Richard started his career at KPMG China, where he participated in the audit for the IPOs of several large state-owned enterprises in China. These included China Mobile, China Construction Bank and Shenhua Group. He also provided statutory audit services to subsidiaries of multinational companies in China. Richard was one of the the first generation of professional accountants to have been trained in China with an International Accounting Firm.

After migrating to Australia, Richard joined the Audit division of Hayes Knight Melbourne where he continues to provide his experience to local and international clients. Hayes Knight is one of the leading accounting firms in Australia and a core member of Morison International in the Asian Pacific Region. Today, Richard leads a team of dedicated professionals providing audit and assurance services to listed companies, large private companies and emerging business across a wide range of industries. His clients include Australian subsidiaries of international companies in Asia.

As the leader of our Asian Advisory Services, Richard also liaises with other Hayes Knight offices in Australia and with Morison International firms in Singapore, China and the Asian region. These combined resources are able to provide high quality assurance & advisory services to Chinese and other Asian companies with operations in Australia and to Australian companies with operations in the region.
