Restaurant operates 5pm - late all other days except Friday which is 4.30pm - late.

Main responsibilities will include,

• Taking of orders and service of meals to guests

• Recommending wine to guests

• Serve and present all beverages, wine, beer & spirits quickly and efficiently

• Knowledge of rostering and ordering would be an advantage

• Set up & close of restaurant

• Barista duties when required

• Contribute to team meetings.
