damn well TMD（美国俚语）（肖申克的救赎里有另一个例子，在被男主角安迪问到政府配枪是否要交税的时候，狱警说: damn well the Holster too. 连枪套也TM是的）
unilateral / monolithic adj. 单方面的(贬义词，表示片面的) (e.g. this is your unilateral / monolithic thought. 这只是你单方面的想法)
You got trolls in social media and you got ignorant *** people out there talking their nonsense all the time, acting like you got a license to stick out your chest.
翻译：
网上太多的喷子了，而且太多无知的人（这里他还是没忍住用了一个脏话，翻译中直接省略）每天就知道喷。你们是不是觉得碰到什么都要喷一下？
词汇：
troll n. 本意为巨魔，但是主要作为网络表示‘喷子’（也可以做动词 e.g. he just trolled you.）
ignorant adj. 无知的 (也可以直接口语化you ignorant 表示你啥都不知道)
talking nonsense n. 废话（e.g. you are talking nonsense 你在说废话，或者可以直接使用：nonsense = 放屁！）
stick out your chest (美国版)/ stick your nose into sth (英国版) 管闲事 （哈利波特里活点地图曾经用stick your nose骂过斯内普教授）
