Store Support Graduate Program
Overview
The program has been designed to give you hands on experience rotating through a number of placements in a function or business area of your choice. If after one year you want to broaden your experience or are still unsure of which function your passion lies within – you’ll have the opportunity to switch to a different function for year 2!

Monday 12th February 2018 - Applications Open for August 2018 and February 2019 intakes.
Saturday 17th March - Coles Career Expo, this will be a chance for you to come along and speak to existing graduates in each of our functions about what Coles has to offer.
Sunday 1st April 2018 - All applications close
We will also be attending the AAGE Big Meets Events in each state as follows:
Melbourne - Friday 9th March
Perth - Thursday 15th March
Adelaide - Friday 16th March
Brisbane - Tuesday 20th March
Sydney - Wednesday 28th March
Operations Graduate Program
Our Operations Graduate Program, based in our stores and sites across the nation, will accelerate your career to become one of our next senior operational leaders. The program will develop your people and commercial leadership skills and provide you with plenty of support so that you can turn big ideas into memorable customer experiences.
