Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating the daily business of the Executive Director PI and the Commercial Manager PI by regularly reviewing diary, meeting and travel demands and identifying issues which may impact on the delivery of activities.
Analysing enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, determining and taking appropriate action on behalf of the Executive Director, including the redirection of enquiries to appropriate personnel.

Coupled with this you will need to have an excellent understanding of computer applications and databases to accomplish tasks with high level computing skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
