Promote a wider range of nib products

Support the sales aspirations of the Retail Centres and greater Retail Network as a whole

Assist nib customers with enquiries about their health cover including claims processing

Demonstrate the value of nib products to existing customers

Provide outstanding face to face customer service to both new and existing customers

Adhere to policy and procedure guidelines

Increase brand awareness and sales by attending corporate and mobile kiosk sales events

Strong sales aptitude, with the ability to listen to the customer and provide an accurate needs analysis

The ability to exceed sales targets

Exceptional customer service, presentation and communication skills

A friendly manner with a passion for going the extra mile in every customer interaction

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, and Word

Strong attention to detail

Self-motivation with the ability to work unsupervised as an individual as well as part of a team

Demonstrated experience in similar role within private health insurance or financial services industry – desirable, not essential

Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin – desirable, not essential

Current Driver’s License and car – essential requirement
