We have an opportunity for an individual to head up our successful Network and Telecommunications Consulting Practice and take it to the next level of growth and performance.
The essential elements of the role are:
Evolve/amend the go-to-market strategies for the Practice
Build rapport with potential and existing customers to understand the business priorities, needs and challenges facing customers and construct compelling solutions
Identify and drive new business opportunities based on a sound understanding of relevant emerging technologies
Drive new sales to enterprise level businesses selected from an identified set of target accounts to be agreed
Build a high-performance team through quality hiring and capability-building
Drive innovation and provide thought leadership
The Person:
This is a position for someone who is a goal-driven and takes pride in their own performance and that of their team. It requires an individual with the hunger and ability to win new customers.
It's likely you will have experience in professional services or vendor delivery environments and in the context of business development and sales of services and solutions in the network services, telecommunications and wider IT industry space.
The successful candidate must be capable of operating at an executive level or the next level of senior management within a defined group of target accounts as well as having a sound technical foundation in the network services and telecommunications space.
You will be supported by a professional team of qualified and experienced consultants and engineers but you will have the “presence” to inspire confidence both at a technical and management level.
You have the ability to function independently, prioritise and act as a mentor to your staff
