Home & Investment Lending Manager --Associate

As a Home & Investment Lending Manager, your goal is to deliver growth that meets Australian Retail Distribution objectives by driving mortgage offering and other products across ANZ’s Retail Branch Network.
Part of your day-to-day tasks includes identifying referral opportunities for customers and drive repeat business and advocacy. This is also a chance for you to mentor and coach other members of the branch and inspiring them to achieve branch outperformance. Lastly, you will be in charge of identifying risk and security issues in the lending process, as well as ensuring adherence to ANZ policies, processes, and standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should bring in the following:
Strong experience working on KPIs, ability to market themselves and can bring in new business
Strong home loan and retail banking experience
Strong negotiation skills and customer focus
Comfortable with computers and digital technology
FSRA Accreditation is highly regarded
Senior Banking Consultant
Branch 1：Southland
Working type: full time
As a Senior Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will also proactively support the Branch Manager in coaching team members and delivering ANZ’s Retail strategy.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a point of contact for more complex customer needs, as well as support the Branch Manager by acting as an advocate for change.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
Significant experience in financial services, preferably within the retail banking sector
Home Lending experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
A positive attitude with a growth mindset
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred
