Application Process

1ST STEP: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE

Do some research about our business and submit your application online with your cover letter, resume, current academic transcript and proof of Australian / New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency visa.

2ND STEP: COMPLETE AN ONLINE ASSESSMENT

If you’ve successfully provided key criteria during the online application, you’ll progress to the online behavioural and aptitude assessment. We will send you an email outlining the steps to complete the online assessment.

3RD STEP: INTERVIEW

We have high expectations and first impressions last! If you’ve “wowed” us with your online assessment results, we’ll invite you to complete a video interview.

4TH STEP: ASSESSMENT CENTRE

If you’ve been successful with your video interview, you will be invited to attend our assessment centres. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about us, experience our corporate culture and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC team. 

Note: This part of the process may vary for some of our locations.

5TH STEP: OFFERING YOU A ROLE

If you’re successful at our assessment centre, we’ll call you directly to give you the exciting news of an offer.
