We are looking for an exceptional PX Analyst to jump on board.

You are a ninja when it comes to data analysis, cool-looking dashboards, process improvement, and report writing. You have an analytical brain, a passion for making a difference and you believe you can contribute to creating an extraordinary people experience.

Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, you will provide a high level of coordination, communication and administrative support.

As well as the above, you will be responsible for the following-

• Provide documentation support through the production, contracts, spreadsheets and presentations and ensure employee files and data are maintained on Chris21 (HRIS system).

• Administer the benefits program and maintain the accuracy of the organisational chart.

• Reporting - Build specialist reporting and ensure monthly reporting is conducted and accurate.

• Assist the Remuneration & Benefits Manager with the preparation of Board and other annual reports.

• Assist with the annual salary review and bonus process.

• Work closely with payroll to ensure alignment of systems and clarity of processes. /li>

• Maintain the PX budget - Prepare monthly reports and analytics on the budget and capture any over or underspend.

• Manage end to end Return to Work (RTW) process and provide guidance and advice to managers through the process of supporting injured workers.
