Firstly, my sincere apologies for not personally saying goodbye earlier. Some things came up with my family which forced me into making some fairly dramatic decisions – I'm now living in Broome WA!

首先，我对于自己离开公司时没能更早亲自向您告别致以真诚的道歉。家里的一些事情迫使我做出了一些相当戏剧性的决定——我现在住在西澳Broome！

It's hard to put this into words; but having worked in the property industry for 20 years and I really wanted to tell you how enlightening / inspiring it was working for Ironfish Brisbane. I thought I had experienced everything the property industry had to offer! It could not of been further from the truth.

The culture you have created in your organisation is quite something… And it's not just the culture; what you offer your clients is beyond reproach in the industry. Everyone of your strategists can sell one of your properties with a full heart knowing it will perform – wow!

Joseph, I have seen you recruit professional people from a varied background, whom I would never of thought would have the capacity to ‘sell’; once again I could not be further from the truth. You have proved to me that people who have the right work ethic and attitude can achieve anything they put their mind towards.

I have four final comments:

1. I have never worked in a more supportive work environment ever. Annie, Sibel, Amber – amazing! They accommodated everything I asked for when I arrived and made me feel so welcome in that space.

3. The management team – all I can say is what a machine! Grant & Susanne – Legends! Not only nice people but all working for the big picture – amazing!

4. Me – I embraced this opportunity at the wrong time. After working seven days a week for the last 10 years I need some time with my kids and wife – I lost that passion and drive it takes to succeed in our business.
