The Opportunity

Beginning in January 2020, the graduate program offers rotations across our Global Client Group. During the 24-month program you will have the opportunity to work with our Sales and Client Service teams and Operations team allowing you to develop broad foundational knowledge, professional skills and networks.

The program offers broad investments exposure across DFA and the opportunity to witness firsthand the functionality of a global investment firm. Primarily, you will be responsible for supporting Regional Directors in managing our preexisting client relationships and prospects through the delivery of exemplary client service. Your daily tasks will be challenging and varied and include assisting various types of analysis, problem solving and reporting.

Top performers may be given the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field. You must demonstrate excellent academic achievement

• To be eligible for the program you must complete your degree by the end of Semester 2, 2019

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Strong interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently

• Ability to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning experiences

• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and an aptitude to learn new programs as needed
