Bachelor degree or above, great communication and customer service skills, confident and responsible, enthusiastic, knowledge and experience in Australian education and migration system or recruitment an advantage, proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin. A good understand of finance, business management and IT applications would be an advantage.

Office administration, providing advice to clients on Australian education and migration and visa issues, assistance to senior consultants, preparation of documents,

communication with customers and relevant authorities, record keeping, customer services and marketing.

•  Managing social media posts and campaign schedules to set good company brand image, running paid campaigns, competitions and boosting posts.

•  Monitoring and responding to all owned social media and third party review platforms with a customer centric approach

• Developing and collecting creative content including taking photos and basic editing, copywriting post captions, creating simple videos and working with external suppliers to develop animations and high-quality videos

• Developing & executing campaign and competition ideas

• Contributing to annual marketing strategy, assisting with scheduled marketing campaigns and supporting regular website content updates as required

  
  

Assist to provide advice and consultation to international students in relation to studying in Australia schools and universities, student visa requirements and application under supervision of migration agents, student recruitment, communication and liaison with schools and universities, research and investigation on relevant policies and regulations, filing & record keeping, preparation of documentations, translations, assisting on marketing and promotion.
