About the Job
Account Executive
【About the Role】
The role of the Account Executive is to provide support to the wider team, including accountmanager and account director. Although a junior role, you will play an important part in ensuringthat the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns delivered on time, and that thecompany remain visible in the market.
Working Time:
2-4 days per week (flexible)

Duties and Responsibility:
● Work with the Account Manager to prepare and book the media plans based on the campaign brief
● Outreach to our existing KOL database to deliver the brief
● Project managing the campaigns to ensure each KOL is delivering their response timely.
● Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
● Supporting marketing executives in organising projects
● Assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies
● Marketing campaign setup, management and analysis
● Writing targeted content for social media channels
● Reporting on campaign performance by monitoring key metrics
● Support and prepare marketing proposal with the team
● Liaising and strengthening relationships with stakeholders
【About You】
● Have more than 1 years working experience in Marketing or related filed
● Proficient in English and Chinese (oral & written)
● Can-do attitude & great attention to detail
● Great knowledge of major Chinese social media channels
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Bachelor Degree (or above) in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field is a strong advantage
● Basic knowledge of search engines and social media channels (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn, Google Adwords, WeChat, Weibo, etc.)

Account Manager
【About the Role】
The role of Account Manager will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to each of yourclients with a focus on planning. You will also work closely the Account Director and with theCreative, Digital and Strategy teams to bring campaigns to life!
You will have the ability to manage multiple client relationships, plan across Australian andChinese digital media channels and manage workflows.

Duties and Responsibility:
● Work with the Account Director to ensure the clients’ needs are met.
● Maintaining great working relationships with clients, attend brand planning workshops and client presentations.
● Anticipate clients’ business needs and proactively approach them with media solutions and recommendations, backed up by facts. Taking your client on a journey, clearly articulating the why, how and what.
● Playing an active role in ensuring that unique and ground-breaking ideas are developed.
● Managing the workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team arecontinually learning.
● Staying aware of clients’ competitor activities & deliver insights for clients
● Collaborating and developing strong working relationships with the wider team.
【About You】
● Ideally 3-4 years experience in a similar role either agency or publisher side.
● A strong understanding of brands and their communication objectives.
● Advanced knowledge of search engines and social media channels
(Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, etc.).
● A motivated and driven individual with strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
● Experienced in proofreading ad copy (English & Chinese), and able to develop the content strategy based on client’s brief.
● Proficient in English and Chinese (oral & written).
● Can-do attitude & great attention to detail.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Bachelor Degree (or above) in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field is a strong advantage.

SEM Specialist
【About the Role】
The role of the SEM Specialist is to manage all SEM activities to increase rankings on all majorsearch networks (Google, Baidu, etc), and also to assist in planning and managing onlineadvertising campaigns, updating websites with new technologies that drive search results suchas blogs and RSS feeds, and make business cases for further SEM expenditure.

5 days per week (full-time)

Duties and Responsibility:
● Responsible for growing audiences across all channels
● Run third party advertising campaigns for advertisers
● Work closely with all teams to ensure all touch points are provided to clients
● Provide data-informed insights for all clients and stakeholders
● Effectively analyse data in order to identify trends or patterns
● Use third party data to assist sales team to sell to key audiences
● Bring a strategic approach to data analytics and the wider business and be able to use data to tell a story to a non-technical audience
● Assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies
【About You】
● Have 2-3 years working experience in Digital Marketing or related field
● Demonstrated knowledge and experiences in Google SEM
● Native Chinese speaker and proficient in English
● Can-do attitude & great attention to detail
● Great knowledge of major Chinese social media channels
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Bachelor Degree (or above) in relevant field
