Coach and Student Engagement Coordinator


Key Responsibilities

Daily Organisation / Operations

  • Responsible for effective communication between students and career coaches;

  • Establishing and maintaining continuous improvement processes across Infinity;

  • Maintain and update student profiles and coaching progress reports in the customer database;


Student and Coach Support

  • Answer enquiries from infinity students and coaches via Wechat and emails;

  • Assist the career coaches with appointment booking and maintaining coaching records;

  • Build and sustain relationships with all Infinity students and career coaches to ensure efficiency of functional operations and service delivery;


Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all issues/complaints raised are addressed promptly;

  • Initiate and implement necessary policies, processes and systems to ensure all regulatory standards/requirements are met;


Key Selection Criteria

  • Previous administrative and student services experience in a professional organization is highly desirable

  • A strong orientation to the provision of a high level of customer service, including empathy with an ability to communicate professionally with students and coaches

  • A demonstrated commitment to the improvement of student experience and overall organisation operation

  •  A demonstrated capacity to multitask and deliver outcomes within specified timeframes

  • Highly developed communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • The ability to work productively with students from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to adjust readily to pressures and changes in the work environment and to learn quickly

  • A “can-do” attitude
