About The Role

Role Location: 347 Kent Street Sydney NSW

Contract Duration: 6 months

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a Strategic Delivery Project team and will closely interface with stakeholders from other business units such as Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Mandatory Communications, Technology, etc. This role will work on Strategic, Compliance & Regulatory projects that involve changes to (but not limited to) Disclosures, Member / Employer / Adviser Communications, Operational processes and Software Systems.

The Business Analyst is to work with project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project or program end to end, and other analysis activities such as testing, process mapping and change transition. Working within the stakeholder engagement framework for the project, the Business Analyst is to communicate these requirements to key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the project’s or program’s objectives and benefits. Has sound knowledge on Agile principles, ceremonies and methodology.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• ECBA, CCBA or CBAP accreditation preferred

• Experience in elicitation techniques and competent in requirements gathering skills

• Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, agile methodology, agile ceremonies, disciplines and procedures

• Business analysis experience and/or related technical experience

• Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity
