Admin
Job Responsibilities include:
All rounded professional office skills
Answering incoming calls and make direct outbound calls
Keep city office daily operation
Collecting mail, filing, office supplies orders etc
Writing and preparing reports, report to management on regular basis
Office Facilities management and maintenance
Liaising with third parties and consultants
Working closely with management
Adhoc admin duties as required by managers
To be successful in this roll, you will have:
Excellent communication both verbal and written in English
and MandarinAt least 1-year experience in similar roll
Familiarity with local legislation & regulations
Understanding of current real estate market
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to cope high workflow pressure.
Human resource officer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment, selection and exit process
Prepare employment contracts and inductions
Understand and management of work rights and Visa’s
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and team members across the business, including external stakeholders.
Conduct performance management and training activities as required.
Be a company culture champion; manage the company reward and recognition program and other HR programs.
HR Risk management and compliance
Provide daily operational support to the local management team
Ad Hoc Administrative Duties as required by the manager
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated success in a similar role
An organised and proactive approach to all processes and procedures
Highly organised disposition with a strong administrative skill set
Ability to resolve conflict at all levels
Experience in handling confidential issues and case management
Ability to deal with differing personalities and cultures and to liaise with people at all levels Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills
The successful candidate may be required to provide a current satisfactory police check
