The Victorian Government last week announced a further grant program, the Multicultural Festivals and Events Program, which carries $2.7 million of state funding to help Victoria’s multicultural communities and organisations improve their festivals and events.

The program will ensure Victoria’s vibrant festivals and events continue to have funding made available to them and while encouraging smaller or newer migrant community groups to develop their own celebrations.
