Asialink Business is the National Centre for Asia Capability established with a mandate from the Australian Government to help create an Asia capable workforce in Australia. Asialink Business’ major stakeholders include the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, the University of Melbourne and the Myer Foundation.
As an Associate you will work closely with the Manager and Director, Research & Information to develop and deliver Asialink Business’s bespoke research, thought leadership, and information products.
Associates work across a number of projects simultaneously that relate to various topics that impact business in Asia, e.g. market entry to policy review to performance benchmarking.
This is a fast-paced role that requires intellectual rigour and flexibility. To succeed as an Associate, you will require outstanding applied research skills (e.g. gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations).
