据新浪财经报道，截至昨日，ofo线上排队退款用户数已超1000万，待退押金规模至少10亿。前日ofo称，凡在app内提交线上申请退押金的用户，后台系统会根据申请提交的顺序进行相关信息审核与收集，核实完毕后用户将进入退押金序列，ofo将按顺序退款；如有用户到公司现场进行登记，ofo会将收集到的相关信息按时间先后顺序并入线上退押金序列中。
