说reorder中的Volkswagen这道题不会做。
PTE的Reorder Paragraph一般为实际存在文章/期刊的节选。Volkswagen这一道题就是从<the auto channel>中节选出的，原文网址如下：

原题正确顺序如下：
1)Despite posting healthy profits, Volkswagen shares trade at a discount to peers due to bad reputation among investors, high capital expenditure and its close links to the state of Lower Saxony, which effectively has a blocking minority.
2)A disastrous capital hike, an expensive foray into truck business and uncertainty about the reason for a share buyback has in recent years left investors bewildered.
3) “ The main problem with Volkswagen is the past. Many investors have been
disappointed and frightened away,” said one Paris-based fund managers.
4)Volkswagen shares trade at about nine times the 2002 estimate, compared to BMW’s 19 and are the second cheapest in the sector.
那么为什么应该这样排序呢？
被选出的段落一般来说都是包含着一定逻辑关系的。我们可以把这些段落当成一篇迷你文章（主旨👉论点👉例子👉主旨）。
那么既然是一篇文章，它就必须要有一个主旨，所以第一件事情就是要判断清楚这篇文章的主旨是什么？
所以这需要同学们先通读一遍(乱序)文章，我们这篇文章主旨就如上述截图的小标题一样，为‘stunted’（发育不良）
ps：stunt一词的意思为‘特技’，但是stunted为发育不良。不要理解错了哦。
那么在确定了该主旨以后，接下来我们就要确定主旨句了，一般来说含有主旨句的内容需要放在文章的开头/结尾。
那么在我们这篇文章内，出现的主旨句为:
第一段Volkswagen shares trade at a discount to peers 大众股票不景气
最后一段Volkswagen shares trade at about nine times…are the second cheapest
大众股票具体怎么样不景气
那么这两段应该出现在文章的开头和结尾。
那么为什么不能反过来排序呢？因为大部分文章遵循的都是：上义👉下义的结构，也就是抽象👉具体。那么抽象的主旨(discount)为开头，具体的主旨(the second cheapest)为结尾。
接下来，中间段遵循的结构为：论点👉例子的结构，所以第二段的’A disastrous capital hike’为主旨‘大众股票不景气’的论点(证明主旨)。而随后一位fund manager的发言为该论点的具体例证(展开论点)。
文章结构如下：
