The role
An opportunity has become available for a Retention Specialist to join the Virtual branch at Bank of Melbourne and connect with our customers digitally. The primary focus of the role is to have holistic customer conversations with our valued lending customers with a view to retain and grow their relationship with Bank of Melbourne. Working collaboratively across the Virtual Region and our broader branch network, you will proactively look for opportunities to grow and retain our customers.
How will I help?
As a Retention Specialist you will contact and nurture customers to build loyalty, advocacy and capitalise on customer feedback in a Virtual environment. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience through fast response times, quality conversations, positive appointment outcomes and positive case management outcomes. Working collaboratively with Virtual Branch and Lending Connect across the Virtual Region you will deliver the best imaginable service

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of customers, ideally within a digital/virtual Retail Banking or Call Centre environment. You’ll have lending and credit knowledge and experience in a customer-facing retention or customer experience role. You will also be passionate about what you do and will strive to provide the best service to your customers, every time.
